摘　　要：现代大学民主制度构建是我国现代大学制度微观层面建设的重要组成部分。目前,集体领导制度不够健全、行政权力泛化、民主权力虚置、权力运行监督缺位成为高校民主制度建设的主要障碍,为此,应当从民主决策、民主管理、信息公开和全方位监督等四个方面系统地构建现代大学民主制度,推进高校管理的民主化和科学化。The construction of modern university democracy system is a key component in the micro- construction of our country＇s modern university system. Right now, collective leadership is not perfect and enough, administrative power generalization, nominal democratic rights and lack of power supervision become the main obstacles in university democracy system construction. We should build modern university democracy system through four aspects of democracy decision,democracy management,information disclosure and all-round supervision, so as to promote the democratization and scientific process of colleges and universities management.
