摘　　要：大学生合法权利的保护及其救济逐渐受到关注,但效果并不理想。当学生权利受到侵害时,目前常用的救济途径是申诉,这导致当前大学生权利救济制度存在不足。因此,应从健全教育申诉制度、完善教育仲裁制度、引入教育听证制度、健全教育行政复议制度、确立司法救济制度等方面来完善大学生权利救济制度。Although increasing attention has been drawn on the protection of college students＇ legal rights, the effectivity is not ideal. Nowadays, when students＇ rights are violated, appeal is a common relief way,which has caused the deficiency of college students＇ right relief system. Therefore, in order to perfect the right relief system of college students ,we should integrate the appeal system,perfect the educational arbitration system, introduce the hearing system ,build educational administrative review system ,establish the judicial relief system and so on.
