逍遥丸联合三苯氧胺周期性用药治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究逍遥丸联合三苯氧胺间断性用药治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床疗效。方法 168例乳腺囊性增生患者随机按月经周期间断服用三苯氧胺,在第一次月经后第7天开始口服10 mg,每天2次,连续服用20 d;同时口服逍遥丸。一个疗程后对其临床疗效进行分析。结果治愈22例,显效78例,好转30例,无效31例,总有效率80.75%,副反应发生率为6.83%。结论逍遥丸联合三苯氧胺周期性用药治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效确切,不良反应小,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaoyao Pill combining with tamoxifen on cystic hyperplasia of breast. Methods 168 patients with cystic hyperplasia of breast took tamoxifen according to their menstru- al cycle. They took 10mg twice a day for 20 days from seventh days after menstruation. Xiaoyao Pill was taken at the same time. We observed the curative effect after one course of treatment. Results Of all patients, 22 cases were cured, and 78 cases were significantly effective, 30 cases had be getting better. The total effective rate was 80.75 percent. Adverse reactions accounted for 6.83 percent. Conclusion It is effective and safe that combine Xiaoyao Pill with tamoxifen in Treatment of Cystic Hyperplasia of Breast.
