二氧化碳激光汽化龈交穴联合超激光治疗产后痔疮发作的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化碳激光汽化龈交穴联合超激光治疗产后痔疮发作的疗效。方法将我院产科产后痔疮急性发作92例患者根据患者入院时间先后顺序随机分为两组,分别标记为治疗组、对照组,每组患者46例。治疗组患者进行二氧化碳激光汽化龈交穴联合超激光治疗,对照组患者进行50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者经过治疗后有效率95.56%,对照组患者经过治疗后有效率66.67%,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。治疗组患者无痛排便出现时间(5.5±1.15)d,愈合时间(16.5±5.82)d,对照组患者无痛排便出现时间(9.5±3.45)d,愈合时间(20.7±7.42)d,两组患者之间差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论二氧化碳汽化龈交穴联合超激光治疗产后痔疮疗效明显高于保守治疗,见效快,值得临床进一步研究推广。Objective Explore the effect of carbon dioxide laser vaporization at Yinjiaoxue combined super laser treatment on postpartum onset of hemorrhoids. Methods 92 obstetric patients with postpartum hemorrhoids a- cute exacerbation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of admission of patients, labeled the treatment group and the control group, 46 patients in each group. Patients in treatment group treated with carbon dioxide laser vaporization at Yinjiaoxue combined super laser treatment, patients in the control group with 50% magnesium sulfate wet treatment, the treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results Treatment group patients＇ after treatment effective rate is 95.56% ; that in the control group patients is 66.67%, the difference is with statistical significance （p 〈 0.05 ）. The painless defecation in treatment group patients occurred at （5.5 -＋ 1.15 ） d, healing time was （ 16.5 ＋ 5.82） d; painless bowel in control patients appear time （9.5 _＋ 3.45 ） d, healing time was （20.7 ＋ 7.42） d, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Yinjiaoxue vaporization of carbon dioxide laser combined super laser treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids on- set was significantly higher than conservative treatment, and more quickly, worthy of further research and promotion.
