摘　　要：介绍中国联通"沃云"平台的规划及实施,分析传统业务平台存在的问题,阐述应用云计算技术的中国联通"沃云"平台的优势,以及运用"沃云"平台所带来的成果。In this paper, the planning and implement ation of innovative services platform “WoCloud” are demonstrated. Theissues of the traditional service platform are analyzed. the advantages of ChinaUnicom “WoCloud” which applied with CloudComputing techniques are analyzed in detail. Finally, the achievement of implement tation on “WoCloud” is expounded.
