摘　　要：目的:对99mTc-膜联蛋白V(annexin V)及99mTc-聚合白蛋白(MAA)血栓显像做对比研究。方法:23只下腔静脉血栓模型实验兔分为Annexin V组(10只)与MAA组(13只)。建模术后1d两组分别注射99mTc-annexin V与99mTc-MAA,均于术后15、30、45、60、90、120min显像。图像观察到下腔静脉血栓部位呈放射性浓聚为显像阳性,反之为阴性,计算两组各自的阳性率。显像完毕处死动物,留取血栓标本行HE染色。利用SPSS对两组数据行Fisher确切概率法检验。结果:Annexin V组10只实验兔,显像均观察到下腔静脉血栓部位呈放射性浓聚影,阳性率100%(10/10);MAA组13只实验兔,8只显像呈阳性,阳性率61.5%(8/13)。两者差异具有统计学意义(P=0.038,小于0.05)。病理证实两组所有血栓均为新鲜混合血栓。结论:99mTc-annexin V血栓显像优于99mTc-MAA血栓显像,99mTc-annexin V有望成为一种新的血栓显像剂应用于临床。Purpose： To compare the effect of 99mTc-annexin V and 99mTc-MAA scintigraphy of venous thrombus in rabbits. Methods： The rabbits （n=23）, which developed inferior vena cava thrombus models, were grouped into the Annexin V group （n=10） and the MAA group （n=13）. Planar anterior abdominal images were obtained 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes after 99mTc-annexin V or 99mTc-MAA was injected into the rabbits. It was defined as positive that the area of thrombus uptaken activities was increased in the image. The positive rates of the two groups were calculated. Paraffin slices of thrombus were stained by Hematoxylin-eosin （HE）. The Fisher exact probability method test was used to compare the data of the two groups by SPSS 17.0. Results： 99mTc-annexin V uptake in thrombi were clearly visualized in all the 10 rabbits of the Annexin V group. The positive rate was 100% （10/10） . 99mTc-MAA uptake in thrombi were clearly visualized in 8 rabbits of the MAA group. The positive rate was 61.5% （8/13）. The difference of the positive rate of the two groups was with statistical significant （P=0.038, 〈0.05）. All the thrombi of the two groups were verified as fresh mixed thrombi by Hematoxylin-eosin stains. Conclusion： 99mWc-annexin V thrombus imaging is better than 99mTc-MAA in visualization of venous thrombus. 99mTc-Annexin V may become a new kind of thrombus imaging agents.
