摘 要:目的探讨术中超声测量颅脑病变大小的准确性。资料与方法采用术中超声定位26例良性病变和22例恶性病变的病灶,根据开颅所在的位置特点,测量病灶矢状面、冠状面或横断面的最大径,并与MRI对应断面的测量值大小进行比较。结果26例良性病变中,超声及MRI最大径测量分别为(5.01±2.42)cm、(4.98±2.32)cm,差异无统计学意义(t=0.483,P>0.05)。22例恶性病变中,超声及MRI最大径测量分别为(4.71±2.33)cm、(5.24±2.37)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=-15.327,P<0.05)。结论术中超声可以较客观地显示颅内良性病变的大小,而MRI对恶性肿瘤范围的评价更为客观。Purpose To investigate the accuracy of intraoperative ultrasound in measuring brain lesions. Materials and Methods Intraoperative ultrasound was used in 26 cases of benign brain lesions and 22 cases of malignant brain lesions. The result was compared with that of preoperative MRI. The maximum diameters of the brain lesions in sagiital, coronal and axial were measured. Results In 26 cases of benign lesions, the mean maximum diameter of ultrasound and MR1 were (5.01 ±2.42) cm and (4.98±2.32) cm, respectively. There was no statistical difference between two groups (t=0.483, P〉0.05). In 22 cases of malignant lesions, the mean maximum diameter of MRI was (5.24±2.37) cm, which was statistically higher than that of US (4.71 ±2.33) cm (t=- 15.327, P〈0.05). Conclusion lntraoperative ultrasound has good agreement with MRI in measuring benign brain lesions, and MRI can evaluate malignant brain lesions more objectively.
