摘  要:研究了Mg-11.3Gd-1.2Y-1.1Al、Mg-15.6Gd-1.2Y-1.0Al、Mg-17.5Gd-1.1Y-1.0Al和Mg-13.2Gd-2.9Y-0.9Al4种铸造镁合金的显微组织、室温拉伸性能和阻尼性能。结果表明,铸态Mg-Gd-Y-Al合金由α-Mg、Al2(Gd,Y)和Mg24(Gd,Y)5相组成;经过固溶处理,晶粒内部析出条状LPSO相。铸态Mg-Gd-Y-Al合金的力学性能与合金中的稀土元素总含量密切相关,稀土总含量较高的合金具有较高的强度和较差的塑性。T4处理后,合金屈服强度小幅下降,抗拉强度少量提高,伸长率则大幅提升。T6处理后,合金的屈服强度有了明显的提高,稀土元素总含量较高的3种合金屈服强度增幅大于80MPa。铸态合金的比阻尼性能随着合金中Gd含量的增加而降低;T6处理可以显著提高合金的比阻尼性能。4种铸造合金经过T4和T6热处理后比阻尼值P0.1在4.92%~8.22%之间,属于中等阻尼性能材料。The microstructure, tensile properties and damping capacity of cast Mg-11.3Gd-1.2Y-1.1A1, Mg-15.6Gd-1.2Y-1.0AI, Mg-17.5Gd-1.1Y-1.0AI and Mg-13.2Gd-2.9Y-0.9A1 alloys were investigated by tensile testing, XRD (X-ray diffraction), OM (optical microscopy) and SEM (scanning electron mi- croscopy). The results indicate that the cast Mg-Gd-Y-A1 alloys consist of a-Mg, A12 (Gd, Y) and Mg24 (Gd, Y)s phases. After solution treatment, strip-like LPSO compounds appear in grain. The tensile properties of as-cast Mg-Gd-Y-A1 alloys have close relation with the total content of RE element. A higher total content of RE elements corresponds to the higher strength and lower elongation. After T4 treatment, the yield strength of the alloys is decreased slightly, and the ultimate tensile strength is in- creased slightly, while the elongation is improved significantly. After T6 treatment, the yield strength of the alloys is increases significantly. The yield strength of higher RE containing alloy is increased more than 80 MPa. The damping capacity of as-cast Mg-Gd-Y-A1 alloys is decreased with the increase of Gd addition, while the T6 treatment can obviously increase the damping capacity. The damping ratios P0 1 ofthe four alloys are in range of 4.92% -8.22%, belonging to middle damping capacity. The three alloys with higher RE content in total have high yield strength of 230 MPa and good damping capacity in T6 condition, and are the high strength cast Mg alloys with suitable damping capacity.
