摘  要:采用内冷变质法和复合变质法(内冷变质和细化剂变质)对Al-30Si制动盘进行变质处理,在观察显微组织的基础上对其进行了摩擦磨损试验,研究了不同变质工艺以及不同制动速度、制动压力对其摩擦磨损的影响,并对摩擦磨损机理进行了探讨。结果表明,变质处理后的Al-30Si中初晶Si平均尺寸越小,耐磨性越好。复合变质处理的Al-30Si制动盘适合在3 000r/min的制动速度与0.5~1.0MPa的制动压力下使用。变质处理后的Al-30Si存在大量的细小硬质点,主要表现为磨粒磨损。The A1-30Si brake disc was modif pound modification treatment (internal coo ied with ling rood tion and wear resistance test of A1-30Si brake disc internal cooling mechanical stirring method and com- ification combining with refiner modification). Fric- were conducted based on the observation of micro- structures. Effects of different modification processes and brake speed, brake pressure on the friction and wear resistance of A1-30Si were investigated, and the wear mechanism was described. The experi- mental results show that wear resistance of the alloy is improved with decreasing in the average grain size of primary silicon after modification treatment. The compound modified A1-30Si brake disc is suitable for the high-speed braking speed at 3000 r/min and the brake pressure of 0.5- 1 MPa. The wear mechanism of the modified A1-30Si is characterized by abrasive wear with the amount of fine hard spot distributed in the microstructure.
