摘　　要：主要介绍了国内几家主要钢厂所用电极消耗指标,分析了这些消耗指标存在的缺陷与不足,结合钢厂实际情况提出了一种新的电极消耗指标,并对其在钢厂实际应用与原有消耗指标进行对比分析,为客观评价电极质量提供数据支撑。The electrode consumption index in several major domestic steel corporations was introduced in the paper. The defects and deficiencies of the electrode consumption index were analyzed. A new index for electrode consumption was given combined with the practical situation of the steel corporation, and its application was analyzed compared with the original index. It could be more easy for evaluating the quality of electrodes.
