摘 要:为提高现有矿用负压集尘器的降尘效率、改善采掘工作面环境和安全状况,针对该集尘器存在的问题,提出一种四角旋流布置喷嘴的负压集尘器,分析确定了其喷嘴的布置参数,对反映降尘效果的降尘效率、耗水量进行了计算分析,通过建立气-液-固三相湍流流动的E/E/L模型,运用CFD软件对原结构及新型结构集尘器进行了模拟和比较分析。研究表明:新型结构布置的集尘器对2μm以上的粉尘降尘效率达90%,比原集尘器提高5%,1μm以下粉尘的降尘效率为原结构的1.2倍;在降尘效率达90%时,耗水量仍满足要求;该集尘器雾滴与粉尘相对速度为原结构的1.29倍,雾滴空间充满度高、射程大。In order to raise the efficiency of mining negative pressure dust collector,improve the environment and safety of the ex- traction face, a four corners-setting of nozzle for the dust collector was put forward, the parameters of nozzle arrangement was ana- lysed, the efficiency of dust fall and consumption of water which reflect the effect of dust fall was calculated, the E/E/L model of turbulent flow for gas-liquid-solid of the original and new structure was established and simulated by means of CFD software. The results show that the dust fall efficiency was up to 90% when dust particle size more than 2μm for the new structure and 5% higher than that of the original dust collector, and which was 1.2 times of the original structure when the dust particle size below 1μm;meanwhile,new structure was also meet the requirement of water consumption when the dust fall efficiency up to 90% ;the droplets full of space,large range and which relative speed with dust was 1.29 times of the original structure.
