摘 要:基于非线性有限元接触碰撞理论,建立了某大口径火炮的发射动力学模型,充分考虑了机构之间的接触碰撞关系。通过数值计算研究了身管与衬瓦之间、高低机齿轮齿弧之间的接触力以及耳轴受到的反作用力随时间的变化规律。对有限元法与经典方法获得的计算结果进行对比分析,结果表明,有限元法获得的接触力要明显大于经典方法获得的接触力,而且有限元法的计算结果与实际情况吻合得更好。研究结果对火炮摇架的受力分析和设计具有一定的参考价值。Based on nonlinear finite element contact-impact theory, the launch dynamic model of a large caliber gun was estab- lished, in which contact impact between interacting components was considered. The variation rules of contact force between barrel and bearing liners as well as between elevating gear and elevating gear arc and the trunnion reaction force was studied by numeri- cal computation. The comparison between calculated results of the finite element method and the classical method was carried out, and the analysis results show that the contact force obtained by finite element method is significantly greater than that obtained by classical method and the calculation results of the finite element method agree well with the actual situation. The results can pro- vide theoretical references to force analysis and structure design of the artillery cradle.
