摘 要:通过野外实验,比较了人工浮床水培空心菜和土培空心菜的生长特性,并研究了不同生长状况下人工浮床水培空心菜对鱼塘养殖废水中氮磷的去除能力和对浮游藻类的抑制作用.结果表明:在水温为22~30℃条件下,培养60天,人工浮床水培空心菜生长优于土培空心菜,平均株高和叶片叶绿素含量分别是土培的1.152倍和1.25倍.整个试验周期中,人工浮床水平空心菜对鱼塘养殖废水中氨氮、总氮和总磷的平均去除率分别为16.1%、35.4%和33.2%,对浮游藻类的抑制率最高可达到20.02%,且随着空心菜生长速率的降低,其对氮磷氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除率和对浮游藻类的抑制作用逐渐降低.The growth features of Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. planted on artificial floating beds and those planted in soil were compared, and the removal capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus and inhibition of planktonic algae by lpomoea aquatica Forsk. planted on artificial floating beds were emphatically studied. The results show that cul- tured for 60 days under the condition when the temperature was 22 - 30 ℃, the lpomoea aquatica Forsk. planted on artificial floating beds grew better than those planted in soil, demonstrating a 1. 152 times average plant height and 1.25 times average content of chlorophyll when compared with the latter. During the experiment period, the average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus by the Ipomoea aquatica Forsk. planted on artificial floating beds are 16.1%, 35.4% and 33.2%, respectively, the highest inhibition ratio of planktonic algae reaches 20.02%, and with the decrease of growth rate of the lpomoea aquatica Forsk. , the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus and inhibition of planktonic algae reduce gradually.
