摘　　要：目的基于Meta分析方法探讨中国人群HLA-DRB1基因多态性与肺结核的关联性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBase、CBM、CNKI等数据库,收集国内外从建库至2013年5月公开发表的关于中国人群肺结核与HLA-DRB1关联研究的文献,对符合条件的研究结果应用RevMan 5.0软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入病例对照研究11篇,包含肺结核组1 364例和对照组1 496例。Meta分析结果:病例组和对照组HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*15和HLA-DRB1*16的合并OR值及其95%CI分别为1.32(1.09,1.60)、1.40(1.01,1.93)、1.36(1.01,1.83)。敏感性分析提示结论稳定性好。结论 HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*15和HLA-DRB1*16可能为中国人群肺结核的易患基因。Objective To assess the associations of HLA -DRB1 gene polymorphism with pulmonary in Chinese popu-lation by meta-analysis method.Methods PubMed, EMBase, CBM, CNKI and others databases were searched for domestic and overseas articles on the association between pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese population and HLA -DRB1 published before May, 2014.All the relevant research results found in the articles were analyzed with RevMan 5.0 software.Results 11 articles were brought into the comparative study including 1 364 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 1 496 as normal controls.Meta analysis revealed that the pooled odds ratio and 95%CI of HLA-DRB1＊04 , HLA-DRB1＊15 and HLA-DRB1＊16 alleles were 1.32 〔95%CI （ 1.09 , 1.60 ）〕, 1.40 〔95%CI （ 1.01 , 1.93 ）〕 and 1.36 〔95%CI （ 1.01 , 1.83 ）〕, respective-ly.The results of sensitivity analysis indicated that the conclusion was stable and reliable .Conclusion HLA -DRB1＊04, HLA-DRB1＊15 and HLA-DRB1＊16 alleles may be the susceptibility genes of pulmonary tuberculosis in Chinese.
