摘  要:基于大水头煤矿西三采区煤层赋存条件、综放开采技术条件和地面电厂贮渣库水体条件,利用我国煤矿放顶煤开采条件下的导水裂缝带观测成果,采用工程类比的方法,计算了西三采区放顶煤开采后导水裂缝带高度、保护层厚度、保护层与煤厚之比,分析了覆岩的隔水性,预计了坝体变形,论证了灰渣库水体下综放开采的可行性和安全性,研究认为灰渣库下方综放开采是安全的。Based on the seam occurrence conditions of West No. 3 Mining Block in Dashuitou Mine, the technical conditions of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining and the water body conditions of fly ash reservoir in the power generation plant at the surface ground, the observation achievements of the water flow cracking zone under the conditions of the top coal caving mining in China coal mines and the engineering analogy method were applied to calculate the height of the water flow racking zone after the top coal caving mining in the West No. 3 Mining Block, the thickness of the protective seam and the ratio of protective seam and seam thickness, to analyze the water isolation of the overburden strata, to predict the deformation of the dam body and to verify the feasibility and safety of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining under the water body of the fly ash reservoir. The study held that the fully mechanized top coal caving mining under the fly ash reservoir was safety.
