摘 要:根据平朔东露天矿地形地质特征、岩层、煤层的赋存特点和气候条件等,分别针对上部松散层(黄土层)、4号煤层以上岩石层、煤层间岩石层提出可能选用的开采工艺方案,并对备选方案进行定性的分析和定量的对比,确定各开采层位的可行工艺方案。通过各层位可行工艺进行组合,得出平朔东露天全部可行的综合工艺方案集合。通过与开采工艺直接相关的露天矿经济指标对比分析,最终确定东露天矿采用半连续综合工艺,即松散层采用"挖掘机+卡车"剥离工艺、4煤顶板30m以上采用3套自移式破碎机半连续工艺系统、其余剥离采用"单斗+卡车"间断工艺。According to the topographic and geological features, the occurrence features of the rocks and seams and the climate conditions of Pingshuo East Surface Mine, a possible selected mining technique plans were provided for the top unconsolidated layer (loess layer), the rock strata above No. seam and the rock strata between seams individually. A qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison were conducted on the alternatives and a feasible technique plan of each mining level was determined. With the combination conducted on the feasible technique of each layer, a integration of a full feasible comprehensive technical plan for the Pingshuo East Surface Mine was obtained. With the comparison analysis on the economic index of the Surface Mine related to the mining technique, a semi - continuous comprehensive technique of the East Surface Mine was determined. Therefore a "excavator - truck" stripping technique would be applied to the unconsolidated layer, a semi - continuous technique system with three mobile crushers would applied to the overburden stripping on 30 m above No. 4 seam and a "shovel -truck" discontinuous technique would be applied to the rest stripping.
