摘 要:针对余吾煤业S1206工作面煤层瓦斯含量大、煤层透气性系数低的特点,开展脉动水力压裂试验强化瓦斯抽采,研究了脉动水力压裂卸压增透机理,设计了脉动水力压裂的钻孔参数、封孔工艺和压裂参数。试验结果表明,与普通瓦斯抽采钻孔相比,压裂孔的瓦斯浓度平均提高4.7倍,纯流量平均提高了6.3倍;导向孔的瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高了3.7倍,抽采纯流量平均提高了3.9倍,实现了煤层的快速卸压增透,提高了瓦斯抽采效果。According to the high seam gas content and low seam permeability coefficient features of No. S1206 coal mining face in Yuwu Coal Mining Company Limited, a pulse hydraulic fracturing test was conducted to enhance the gas drainage, the mechanism of the pulse hydraulic fracturing, pressure releasing and permeability improvement was studied and the borehole parameters, borehole sealing technology and fracturing parameters of the pulse hydraulic fracturing were designed. The experiment results showed that in comparison with the conventional gas drainage borehole, the gas concentration of the fracturing borehole was increased by 4. 7 times averagely and the average pure flow was increased by 6. 3 times. The gas drainage concentration of the guide borehole was increased by 3.7 times averagely and the pure flow of the gas drainage was increased by 3.9 times averagely. The rapid pressure releasing and permeability improvement of the seam was realized and the gas drainage effect was improved.
