摘 要:针对成庄矿现行的瓦斯抽采钻孔联管装置存在的笨重、易腐蚀、易积水,联管时人为因素影响较大等问题,设计了一种新型瓦斯抽采钻孔联管装置,该联管装置主要包括孔口流量控制阀、伸缩管件、变径接头,均采用矿用PVC材料以及抗静电橡胶,可适应钻孔高度、钻孔间距、钻孔角度的变化,可适应巷道变形以及孔口流量调节功能。与现行的联管装置相比,具有质量轻、联管速度和效率明显提高、抗腐蚀、有效防止管路积水和煤渣堵塞等优点。The current mining pipe connection device of gas drainage boreholes in Chengzhuang coal mine was bulky, easily corrodible, easily water - detaining, and the pipe connection could be greatly influenced by human factors. Aiming at the problem existed in the current device, a new type gas drainage pipe connection device was proposed, comprising orifice flow control valve, telescopic tube, adjustable joints, all made of PVC material and antistatic coal mine rubber. The proposed device was adaptive to changes of drilling height, borehole spacing, borehole angle, and roadway deformation. Compared with the current pipe connections, the proposed device reduced the weight, significantly improved the pipe connecting speed and efficiency, and it was resistant to corrosion, could effectively prevent the pipeline water detaining and cinder blocking.
