摘　　要：文章介绍了干扰床分选机的工作原理和常用的工艺流程，通过五阳选煤厂的工程实例，研究了对原煤性质、粗煤泥分选机分选条件和分选效果，结果表明：TSS-3000粗煤泥分选机使用较为简单，能实现无人操作下的连续工作，能耗低，检修维护方便，且分选效果（尤其对1-0．25mm粗煤泥）较好，能为选煤厂带来经济效益。The paper discussed the working principle and common technological process of TSS - 3000 coarse slime separator. Taking the engineering practice of Wuyang coal preparation plant as example, the property of raw coal, the separation condition and effect of TSS - 3000 coarse slime separator were studied. The result shows that, TSS coarse slime separator can be applied simply, realizing unmanned continuous operation with low energy consumption and easy maintenance, obtaining favorable separation effect （especially for the slime of 1 -0. 25mm） , and providing considerable economic benefits for coal preparation plants.
