摘 要:低温热解提质后褐煤中的有机质成分和煤化程度都发生了变化;通过对比褐煤和褐煤半焦的红外光谱,发现褐煤半焦中的亲水性官能团主要为羟基、氢键、胺基和醚等,且其含量要小于在褐煤中的含量;对褐煤半焦进行粒度分析和浮选试验,捕收剂采用0#柴油、煤油、ZS和它们的两两组合,发现组合药剂制度的浮选效果优于单纯的药剂制度,但无论采用哪种药剂制度,褐煤半焦的药剂消耗量都巨大,精煤灰分偏高。并对药剂消耗量大的原因进行了分析,认为半焦中较高的孔隙度是主导因素。The organic ingredients and coalification degree of the coal sample changed after low temperature pyrolysis upgrading. Compared with lignite, the infrared spectroscopy of semi - coke showed that, the main hydrophilic functional groups in semi - coke was - OH, - H, - NH and - 0 - , and the contents were lower. Particle size analysis and flotation experiments of semi - coke were carried out, 0# diesel, kerosene, ZS and the combination of any two above were chosen as the collector. The results show that, better flotation effect can be obtained using composite flotation reagents, compared with single reagent. But the reagent consumption was great using either regime of reagent, resulting in high ash of concentrate. And the analysis shows that, the leading factor of the great reagents consumption was the high porosity degree of semi - coke.
