海洋渔业上市企业内在价值评估探讨——基于DDM和市盈率模型

摘　　要：近期国务院发布关于促进海洋渔业持续健康发展的若干意见中提出,支持符合条件的海洋渔业企业上市融资。这意味着今后中国海洋渔业企业将更进一步的活跃在资本市场上。对上市海洋渔业企业内在价值进行投评估分析,有利于投资者更多的关注上市公司本身的经营行为和业绩表现。基于DDM和市盈率模,使用个股进行实证分析研究,即通过使用2种不同的模型对獐子岛的内在价值进行计算,再结合基础分析方法,得出獐子岛股票具有长期的投资价值。Recently the State Council issued a number of observations on the promotion of sustained and healthy development of marine fisheries, which support qualified marine fisheries enterprises listing and financing. This means China＇s marine fisheries enterprises will further activity in the capital markets in the future. Study the investment value of listed marine fisheries companies will help investors pay more attention to the listed company itself conduct of operations and performance, for the managers of listed marine fisheries companies, the ease of analysis in which the position in the industry, identify factors affecting investment value, so as to provide reference for the next operation. This article is based on DDM and earnings model and takes empirical analysis on using individual stocks, through the use of two different models for the intrinsic value of Zhangzidao estimate, compares its current trading price on the market for investment advice.
