摘　　要：随着互联网络的发展、分布式的应用和数据库技术的日趋完善,工作流管理技术逐渐用于业务经营和管理之中。介绍工作流技术的起源与发展、工作流技术的基本原理和管理信息系统中工作流的设计,提出工作流管理系统的参考模型。With the development of the Internet, distributed applications and database technologies, workflow man- agement technology is more and more frequently used for business operations and management. This paper describes the development of workflow technology, the basic principles of workflow technology and workflow technology which are used in the management information system. Reference model of workflow management system has been de- scribed mainly.
