摘  要:针对磷石膏基复合胶凝材料(PGF)早期强度低、易膨胀开裂等缺点,通过加入适量活化剂(Y-1)来改善早期强度和体积稳定性,并且通过pH值、X射线衍射分析、微观形貌和孔隙率等测试方法分析PGF硬化体的水化产物和孔结构。结果表明:当Y-1掺量为3%(质量分数)时,可有效提高PGF硬化体早期抗压强度和抑制过度膨胀,其中3 d和28 d湿抗压强度分别为7.5 MPa和37.9 MPa,线膨胀率较参比样(未掺Y-1)分别降低了69.6%和71.6%,总孔隙率降低了2.3%和18.0%,有效改善了PGF硬化体的力学性能和体积稳定性。In this paper, the activator ( Y-1 ) was added to modify the early strength and volume stability of phosphogypsum-based cementing composite (PGF). The hydration products and pore structure of composites were characterized by pH value, X-ray diffraction, microstructure and porosity. Results showed that when the addition of activator was 3wt% , the early compressive strength of hardened PGF could be improved effectively and the excessive expansion could be inhibited. Besides, the wet compressive strength of PGF cured for 3 d and 28 d reached 7.5 MPa and 37.9 MPa respectively. Compared with those without activator, the linear expansion ratio of products were decreased by 69.6% and 71.6% and the total porosity decreased by 2.3% and 18.0% , indicating that the mechanical properties and volume stability of hardened PGF were well optimized.
