摘  要:把铝型材厂工业废渣预处理成铝废渣熟料,分析处理前后铝废渣的综合性能。在原轻质砖配方的基础上掺入一定量的铝废渣熟料,调整配方及烧成曲线,制备出性能良好的轻质砖,对所制备轻质砖进行强度、吸水率、比重、SEM、XRD等测试分析,结果显示其抗折强度在19MPa以上,约为行业标准值的2倍,较原轻质砖配方有显著提升,吸水率为0.296%,比重在1.33~1.40g/cm^3,通过XRD分析,其主晶相为AlPO4和SiO2,及少量的α—Al2O3晶相。SEM图上可观察到添加铝废渣后的试样的大小孔相间均匀,且多为圆孔,贯穿孔比未添加铝废渣的试样少,骨架连接完整。Analysis the comprehensive performance of aluminum profile residue both before and after preprocessing. Doping a certain amount of aluminum profile residue to original light brick formula, adjusting the sintering curve to sinter . The test of strength, water absorption, proportion, SEM, XRD display a well comprehensive performance. The strength reach 19 MPa, two times the national Standard, it's a significantly improve compare to the original light brick recipe, and the water absorption is 0.29%, proportion range from 1.33 to 1.40 g/cm^3. Its Main crystalline phases are AlPO4 and SiO2, as well as little α-Al2O3 , by XRD analysis. The SEM pictures show a complete Skeleton, the pores are uniform and round are mostly, the through hole is significantly less than the original light brick recipe.
