摘 要:利用工业废弃电石渣作为原料,按一定比例与硅酸钠、硫酸铝加以混合,制备成一种无机高分子复合混凝剂(PACSS),对废水中的有机物进行去除。本实验考查了不同的硅酸活化pH值、缩聚反应时间、SiO2%质量分数,钙硅比等因素对合成PACSS的影响。实验结果表明,在硅酸活化pH值为2,SiO2%质量分数为6%,钙硅比为0.5,缩聚反应时间为1.5 h,制备出的混凝剂对造纸废水中的色度、有机物都要较好的去除效果,去除率可以达到93.8%,88.6%。The Poly-aluminum-calcium-silicate Sulfate flocculent was made up by industry abandon carbide slag with sodium silicate and aluminum sulfate. The PACSS was used to removal organics from wastewater. The influence of the calcium-silicon ratio, the alumina-silica ratio, the pH of excitation silicic acid, the response time of polycondensation and the mass fraction of SiO2% have been investigated. The optimum pH of excitation silicic acid was 2 in the experiments and mass fraction of SiO2% was reached 6% when the calcium-silicon ratio was 0. 5 and the the response time of polycondensation was 1.5 h. The removal rate of organics and chromaticity from wastewater were reached 88.6% and 93.8% by PACSS.
