摘 要:选用木结构建筑实际工程中的环纹钉、进口规格材、定向结构刨花板以及国产杨木结构胶合板,分别制作四组不同覆面材料、不同接触面积的木结构剪力墙钉连接单剪试件,采用单调加载方式进行试验研究。试验结果表明:同一材料条件下,受力面积越大,钉节点初期刚度越大、试件变形能力越强,但钉节点的承载力减小;在同一受力面积、不同覆面材料条件下,结构胶合板的钉节点承载力比定向结构刨花板的钉节点承载力大,而初期刚度和延性均较小;定向结构刨花板覆面试件的钉节点刚度退化比结构胶合板要大。Using ring shank nails, lumber of imports, OSB as well as domestic poplar structural plywood, four kinds of specimens of panel-to-lumber nailed joints were made with different cladding materials, different contact surfaces. They were tested under monotonic loading. Results show that under the same material conditions, the greater the force area, the stiffness of nail and deformation capacity would be higher but the bearing capacity would be lower. Under the same force area but different cladding materials, the bearing capacity of structural plywood would be higher than that of OSB. But the stiffness and joint ductility of structural plywood were lower than that of OSB. Meanwhile the rigidity degeneration of OSB was higher than that of structural plywood.
