寿胎丸加味配合克罗米芬干预肾虚型黄体功能不全性不孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨寿胎丸加味配合克罗米芬在干预肾虚型黄体功能不全性不孕(肾虚证)的临床疗效。方法将黄体功能不全性不孕(肾虚证)患者71例随机分为试验组(n=35)和对照组(n=36)。试验组于月经第5日起每日口服克罗米芬50mg,连用5天。同时于自基础体温上升起服用寿胎丸加味;对照组仅服用克罗米芬治疗,剂量及用法同试验组。观察两组治疗前后激素水平及中医症候改善情况。结果两组治疗前后比较中医证候疗效,试验组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);血清P、E2试验组高于对照组,血清T、PRL试验组低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论寿胎丸加味配合克罗米芬干预黄体功能不全性不孕症具有一定疗效。Objective Discussion the effect of treating infertility due to luteal phase deficiency （ kidney deficiency type） by jia wei shou tai Pills with clomiphene. Method Dividing 71 cases treat infertility due to luteal phase defi-ciency （kidney deficiency type） randomly into experimental group （n=35） and control group （n=36）. For experi-mental group give Clomiphene 50ml per day since the fifth day of menses in the continuous five days. Meanwhile take jia wei shou tai Pills since basical body temperature rise. While for control group only take clomiphene with the same amount comparied with experimental group. Result Compared with two groups, the disease and treatment difference have statistical significance, the experimental group is superior to the control group（P〈0. 05）. As for en-docrine hormones：on serum P、E2 , the experimental group is superior to the control group; on serum T、PRL, the experimental group is inferior to the control group. The differences have statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclu-sion This research reveals that treating infertility due to luteal phase deficiency by jia wei shou tai Pills with clomi-phene has excellent effects.
