热毒宁注射液治疗重度中暑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析热毒宁注射液对重症中暑的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析67例重症中暑患者的临床资料,根据是否应用热毒宁注射液治疗分为两组,对照组46例,治疗组21例。对照组给予物理降温,静滴冷盐水等治疗,治疗组在此基础上均应用热毒宁注射液20ml/d入液静滴;同时,根据应用热毒宁治疗3天以下和以上分为A、B两个亚组。观察比较肛温恢复时间、意识恢复时间、对多器官功能障碍和多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。结果观察对比肛温恢复时间、意识恢复时间、对多器官功能障碍的治疗组均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。A、B亚组第1天、第3天及第7天的MODS评分差异均无显著性;ΔMODS比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液对重症中暑治疗安全、有效。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Reduning injection of the treatment of severe heat stroke. Method We retrospectively analyze 67 cases of severe heat stroke patients treated in the emergency clinic. In terms of trea-ting with or without Reduning injection, the 67 patients were divided into two groups： control group （n=46） was given physical cooling,intravenous infusion of cold saline treatment, the treatment group;treatment group （n=21） based on this used Reduning injection by drip（ dose 20ml/d）. According to Reduning treatment below and above 3 days, divided into A and B. Contrast rectal temperature、awareness、multiple organ dysfunction and MODS. Result Treatment group shows shorter time in rectal temperature drop, awareness, and better efficacy of treating multiple organ dysfunction （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in MODS scores in A、B group of 1、3、7 days;sig-nificant difference in △MODS（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It＆#39;s safe and good effects in treat severe heat stroke by Re-duning injection.
