双相不锈钢在丁辛醇冷却器中的应用分析

摘　　要：分析了丁辛醇装置反应器冷却器、蒸发器冷却器、混合丁醛冷却器使用普通不锈钢产生腐蚀孔洞的原因。采用力学性能优良、耐腐蚀较强的双相不锈钢代替冷却器中的普通不锈钢,结果表明,双相钢满足丁辛醇装置各类醛介质冷却器的防腐要求,实现了装置的长周期安全运行。This paper analyzed the cause for corrosion holes generated when using common stainless steel in reactor cooler,evaporator cooler and mixed butyraldehydes cooler. The duplex stainless steel of good mechanical property and strong corrosionresistance was used instead of common stainless steel,and the result showed that the duplex stainless steel meets requirement foranticorrosion of all kinds of aldehydes media coolers in N-butanol & 2-ethyl Hexanol Plant,and has realized long-period safe operation.
