摘 要:采用丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)整理剂/次亚磷酸钠(SHP)催化剂体系对棉织物进行免烫整理,通过热重和差示量热扫描法以及傅里叶红外光谱仪的测试分析,优选焙烘温度;考察丁烷四羧酸和次亚磷酸钠的用量、整理液pH值对整理后织物折皱回复角和撕破强力的影响。实验室试验证明,以丁烷四羧酸质量分数为7.0%、次亚磷酸钠质量分数为1.6%整理平纹和斜纹棉织物时,其免烫效果明显;工业化生产试验结果表明,该工艺处理织物的撕破强力在符合ASTM D2262标准的前提下,其DP等级达到3.0,手感柔软,无甲醛释放;由于撕破强力保留率还有下降空间,因此DP等级有望进一步提高。Using BTCA as finishing agent, SHP as catalyst, the durable press finish of cotton fabric is carried out. Curing tem- perature is chosen by the results of TG, DSC and FTIR. The influences of pH value, concentration of BTCA and SHP on crease recovery angle and tearing strength of fabric are discussed. It is proved that with BTCA 7%, SHP 1.6%, the durable press performance of the treated cotton fabrics is satifactory. Based on mass production, it is showed that the DP Grade of the treated fabric is 3.0, the tear strength conforms to ASTM D 2262 and without formaldehyde released. Also it is found that the tear strength retention rate can be lowered, the DP level is expected to be further improved.
