摘　　要：在传统双层布单面光网印防水剂轧遇碱产生局部收缩,并在轧车的作用下产生不规则绉纹,开发了全新的菠萝绉面料。分析了从前处理、光网印防水浆、轧碱水洗起绉、云纹网印拔白浆、柔软等方面影响菠萝绉产品品质的因素,并对生产中存在的问题提出了解决方案。A novel pineapple crepe is developed on the basis of traditional double layer fabric by printing with water proof agent on one side to cause optional alkali shrinkage and followed by padding for crease formation. The wet processing of pineapple crepe is introduced, including pretreatment, screen printing with waterproof paste, alkali padding and washing for crease formation, shadow printing with white discharge paste, and softening finish. The key factors affecting the product quality in each procedure are analyzed, and the solutions for the problems in production are pointed out.
