摘　　要：涤粘筒子纱染色中经常会产生层差和色花。通过分析造成色差的原因,指出在修色中尤要注意活性染料的水解、分散染料的沾色和存在的固色剂对修色质量的影响,给出了合适的返修工艺。Color difference and dyeing defects often occurred in package dyeing of polyester/viscose yarn. The causes for color difference are analyzed, the effects of the hydrolysis of reactive dyes, staining of disperse dyes and fixation agent on redyeing qualities are discussed, and the appropriate redyeing process are pointed out.
