摘 要:目的了解北京市部分医疗机构洁净手术室使用中质量现状,为提高洁净手术室质量控制提供技术支持。方法采用现场采样和仪器检测法,分别对北京市22所医疗机构的18间标准洁净手术室和22间普通洁净手术室进行综合性能指标监测。结果所监测的18间标准洁净手术室和22间一般洁净手术室各项指标完全合格的比率较低,分别为38.89%和54.54%。标准洁净手术室沉降菌、尘埃粒子数和静压差等重要指标合格率依次为94.44%、88.89%和83.33%;普通手术室沉降菌、尘埃粒子数和静压差平均合格率依次为95.45%、90.91%和63.64%。结论北京市医疗机构洁净手术室质量管理存在问题,应加强关键点的控制。Objective To understand the present application quality status of clean operating rooms in part of the medical institutions in Beijing, and to provide technical support for improving the quality control level of clean operation rooms. Method On the spot sampling and testing were used to conduct comprehensive performance indicator monitoring to 18 standard clean operation rooms and 22 usual dean operation rooms in 22 medical institutions of Bei)ing. Results The mo- nitoring results of the 18 standard clean operation rooms and 22 general clean operation rooms showed that the fully qualified rates of indicators were low, which were 38. 89% and 54. 54% respectively. The qualified rate of settlement bacteria num- ber, dust particles number and static pressure difference indicators in standard clean operation rooms were 94.44%, 88. 89% and 83.33% respectively; the average qualified rate of those were 95.45% , 90.91% and 63.64% in usual clean operation rooms. Conclusion The quality control system in clean operation rooms of medical institutions in Beijing have series problems. We should strengthen the management of key points.
