一种创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶预防创伤感染与皮肤刺激性试验研究

摘　　要：目的观察一种创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶对皮肤创伤感染预防作用及皮肤刺激性。方法通过动物实验方法,对该纳米银抗菌凝胶预防皮肤创伤的效果及其对皮肤刺激性进行观察。结果在试验家兔背部人造伤口上,分别涂抹纳米银抗菌凝胶、京万红软膏和凡士林软膏,在1周内创伤愈合率依次为29.5%、25.5%和15.2%,15 d内创伤愈合率依次为95.2%、93.4%和78.0%。该纳米银抗菌凝胶对实验动物完整皮肤和破损皮肤刺激试验指数评分均为0。结论该创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶对新鲜创伤伤口具有预防感染的效果,对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性。Objective To observe the infection prevention effect on skin wound and the skin irritation of nano - silver an- tibacterial gel. Methods The infection prevention effect on skin wound and the skin irritation of nano - silver antibacterial gel were observed through animal experiments in vivo. Results The wound healing rates were 29. 5% , 25.5% and 15.2% respectively within one week after Nano - silver antibacterial gel, Jingwanhong ointment and Vaseline ointment were coated on the back of artificial wound rabbits. The wound healing rates reached 95.2%, 93.4% and 78.0% respectively in 15 d. In addition, the study showed that no irritation on both intact skin and broken skin was observed. Conclusion The nano - silver antibacterial gel has the effect of preventing infection on fresh trauma wounds and there is no irritation on both intact skin and broken skin of the nano - silver antimicrobial gel.
