摘  要:目的观察不同贮存条件对纯化水水质的影响,以提供优质的医疗用水。方法采用理化分析和微生物检测方法,对储存中的纯化水的水质指标进行监测。结果在同一贮存周期内,影响微生物生长速率和总有机碳值的对应贮存温度:35℃>15℃>25℃>4℃;在4℃、15℃、25℃和35℃条件下,随着贮存时间延长,纯化水微生物出现先增后减再增的趋势,总有机碳值出现逐渐升高的趋势;细菌内毒素在贮存时间120 h内的四个检测温度条件下均<0.25 EU/ml,电导率未出现显著变化趋势。结论纯化水贮存最佳贮存温度条件为4℃。当纯化水内微生物含量低于20 cfu/ml时,在4℃、15℃和25℃温度条件下,贮存时间应不超过5 d,35℃温度条件下,不宜贮存过夜。根据不同气温确定纯化水贮存时间以及灭菌频率可有效保证纯化水的质量。Objective To observe the influence of different storage conditions on the quality of purifiedwater, in order to provide high quality medical water. Methods Physical and chemical analysis and bacteria detection method were used to monitor the purified water quality index. Results In the same storage period, the influence of corresponding storage tem- perature with the growth rate of microbial and the corresponding values of total organic carbon: 35℃ 〉 15℃ 〉25℃ 〉4℃. At 4℃ ,15℃ ,25℃ and 35℃ conditions, along with storage time extending, the microbial in purified water appeared a trend: increasing, decreasing and increasing. The total organic carbon gradually increased, the bacterial endotoxin was 〈 0. 25 EU/ml within 120h of storage time in the four test temperature. There was no significant change of the conductivity. Conclusion The optimum storage temperature of purified water is 4℃. When the microbial content in the purified water is 20 cfu/ml, the storage time of purified water should be less than five days at 4℃, 15℃ and 25℃ and no more than one night at 35℃. According to the different temperature to determine the purified water storage time and sterilization frequency can ensure effectively the quality of purified water.
