摘  要:目的了解住院患者呼吸道感染泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的特点,提出干预措施。方法通过病原学标本检验方法,对某医院患者呼吸道标本和环境标本进行检测与分析。结果该医院在2013年1季度连续从15例肺部感染患者痰标本中检出泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌15株,其中14株是在患者入院48 h后被检出。感染患者合并多部位和多种病原菌的混合感染、使用呼吸机或气管切开、联合应用三种或三种以上抗菌药物的占多数。从病房消毒备用的呼吸机管道检测到鲍曼不动杆菌,患者床单和医护人员手上细菌总数超标。结论该医院连续发生泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染,病房复用医疗器械消毒不彻底可能是引发感染的主要因素。Objective To understand the characteristics of pan - drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii of inpatients with respiratory tract infection, so as to propose the intervention measures. Methods The respiratory tract samples of in- patients in a hospital and related environmental samples were detected and analyzed using Etiological methods. Results 15 strains of Pan drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanniiwere detected consecutively from sputum specimens of 15 patients with lung infection in the first quarter of year 2013. There werel4 strains detected from patients 48 hours after admission. The majority of infection inpatients were mixed infection with multiple sites and a variety of pathogenic bacteria, using ventilator or incision of trachea, and combination of three or more than three kinds of antibacterial drugs. The Acinetobacter bauman- nil were detected from sterilizing spare ventilator pipeline in the ward, and the total number of bacterial colony of patients bed sheet and medical staff hand exceed that of the standard. Conclusion The main risk factors of continuous occurrence of pan - drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii nosocomial infection in the hospital are incompletely sterilization of ward multiplexing medical equipment.
