摘　　要：目的了解北京市医院手术室环境洁净现状,为保障洁净手术室洁净质量提供参考。方法采用现场监测方法,对北京市20家医院共39间手术室的洁净度进行综合性监测与分析。结果Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级洁净手术室洁净度指标中的沉降菌合格率均为100%,尘埃粒子数合格率分别为46.0%和79.0%。结论北京市医院洁净手术室的管理规范,但空气中尘埃颗粒超标严重,需要加强监督管理力度。Objective To understand the cleansing status of operating room in some hospitals of Beijing so as to provide reference for ensuring the cleansing quality of operating rooms. Methods The monitoring on site was used to monitor and analyze the cleansing degree of 39 operating rooms in 20 hospitals of Beijing. Results The qualified rates of sedimentation bacteria in indexes of cleansing degree of operating rooms of degree II and III were 100% , and the qualified rates of parti- cle numbers of dust were 46. 0% and 79.0% respectively. Conclusion The management of operating room in hospitals of Beijing is standard, but the dust drops in air exceed seriously and monitoring and management should be strengthened.
