摘  要:为了开展实验室流量测量方法研究,本文建立了50 mm管径的实验室流量仪表校准系统.液体流量校准系统采用PLC(CPU224XP+ EM235)控制水泵进水,并利用电动调节阀控制水流量,通过涡街流量计和投入式数字液位计检测水流量和水箱液位,构成一个闭环控制的水流量测量与控制系统.气体流量校准系统采用PLC控制D700变频器,再控制气泵的进气量.通过气体涡轮流量计检测气体流量,实现气体流量的闭环测量与控制.流量测控计算机采用MCGS5.5完成操作界面、通信程序、PID等控制算法和控制参数传递程序的设计.实验验证系统灵敏度达到1%~2%,可以满足实验室流量测量研究的要求.该系统具有一定的推广应用价值.In order to carry on the research of flow measurement method in laboratory, a calibration system for flow meters of 50mm diameter is established. Liquid and gas flow piping system is built from galvanized metal pipes. The liquid flow calibration system is controlled by PLC(CPU224XP +EM235) which sucks water into the pump and controls the water flow by electric regulating valve. Through using the electric control the valve to control the water flow and the Vortex flow meter as well as the input digital liquid level meter to test water flow and water level, closed-loop controled water flow measurement and control system are constituted. Gas flow calibration system adopts PLC to control D700 variable-frequency drive, and then control the pump's gas transmission capacity. Gas flow is detected by the gas turbine flow meter, which completes the gas flow measurement and closed-loop controlling. The flow measurement and control computer completes the operating interface, communication program, PID control algorithm and the control parameters giving program design by MCGS5.5. Experiments verify that the system sensitivity reaches 1 % ~ 2%,and the system meets the requirements of the laboratory flow measurement research. And it has certain promotion and application value.
