HPLC法测定清热镇咳糖浆中白花前胡甲素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立清热镇咳糖浆中白花前胡甲素的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱，流动相为乙腈-水（体积比68：32），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为321nm，柱温为30℃。结果白花前胡甲素质量浓度在4．4-27．5μg·mL^-1间具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．4％（n=6）。结论该法可用于清热镇咳糖浆中白花前胡甲素的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of praeruptorin A in Qingre Zhenke syrup. Methods A HPLC method was performed on the chromatographic column of Diamonsil-C,s at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The mobile phase was a mixture of aeetonitrile-water （68：32）. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 321 nm. Results The linear range of praeruptorin A was 4.4-27.5 μg · mL^-1 （r= 0.999 5）. The average recovery for praeruptorin A was 99.4% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method could be used for the auantitative determination of the nrenaralion.
