摘 要:目的观察右室流出道室性早搏(简称室早)或非持续性室性心动过速(简称室速)昼夜变化规律。方法采用普通体表心电图(ECG)对患者的室早进行筛选,符合起源右室流出道特征者进行动态ECG检查。结果75例符合右室流出道室早特征。单个室早呈现白天多夜晚少的特征,高峰出现12时与17时,低谷位于0—10时;成对室早也呈现白天多夜晚少的特点,明显的高峰位于13时与20时;而非持续性室速出现相反昼夜节律性即夜多白少,高峰出现于21时与2时,低谷出现于8~17时。结论流出道室早与非持续性室速有昼夜分布特性。Objective To explore the circadian rhythms of premature ventricular contractions (PVC) and non-sustained ventricular tachyeardia (NSVT) originated from the right ventrieular outflow tract (RVOT). Methods Surface ECG was used to identify PVC and NSVT originating from the RVOT. Hoher was used for recording and analyzing PVC and NS- VT for 24 hours. Results Seventy-five patients with RVOT PVC/NSVT were enrolled into this study. Single PVC was more at the daytime than that at the night, the peak was at 12th hour and I7th hour, respectively; the low ebb was from 0 -10th hour. Couple PVC also showed that more at the daytime than that at the night, the peak was at 13th hour and 20th hour, respectively. However, NSVT presented that inverse pattern that occurred less at the daytime and more at the night. The peak was at 21st hour and 2nd hour during night, respectively. The low ebb was from 8th to 17th hour during the daytime. Conclusion Different pattern of circadian rhythms of PVC and NSVT from the RVOT is beneficial for guiding the clinical treatment.
