宫腔纱条填塞治疗新疆伊宁地区剖宫产术中出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察宫腔纱条填塞用于治疗剖宫产术中大出血的疗效。方法：回顾性分析新疆伊宁市人民医院产科2011年1月至2012年12月剖宫产术中采用宫腔纱条填塞治疗43例大出血患者的临床资料,并与2007～2008年和2009～2010年两个同时期的相关数据进行比较和统计学分析。结果：43例治疗效果满意,无一例切除子宫,无产褥期出血和感染,无产妇死亡病例,产后42 d随访子宫复旧良好。结论：宫腔纱条填塞压迫止血法治疗剖宫产术中大出血操作直接、简便,止血快速、有效,既减少患者出血及因出血过多而造成的全身伤害,又尽最大可能保留了生殖器官。术中纱条有序填塞、不留死腔,术后及时应用宫缩剂同时联合应用抗生素可取得良好效果。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of uterine cavity packing gauze in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section. Methods： The clinical data of 43 cases treated with uterine cavity packing gauze in postpartum hemorrhage in caesarean section from obstetrics of the People＇s Hospital of Yining City during January 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analysed. In addition the same period data during 2007 to 2008 and 2009 to 2010 were compared and statistical analysis was done. Results： All the 43 cases＇ curative effects were satisfied,and there were no hysterectomizing,no puerperal bleeding or infection,no any death case. All the cases have the well uterine involution after delivery when follow-up visit in 42 days. Conclusion： Intrauterine packing with gauze is a convenient and effective method in treating hemorrhage in caesarean section,which can not only decrease bleeding and the whole body hurt,but also keep the reproductive organ. It can make well effect with ordering packing,no dead spase and using uterotonic combined with antibiotics in time.
