摘　　要：利用公开信息渠道获取情报,采用自由标签组织管理,通过竞争对手分析法确定外军卫生装备研发机构关系脉络,并基于B/S结构,采用MVC设计模式,结合Web 2.0技术及资源社区化概念构建外军卫生装备研发机构信息平台,实现军事医学情报资源的搜集、存储、整理、分析、共享和评价。The information was obtained through the open access channels and organized with free markers.The relations in research and development institutions of foreign military medical equipments were determined by analy-zing thecompetitive opponents .The information platform for research and development institutions of foreign mili-tarymedical equipments was constructed using the MVC design model in combination with Web2.0 technology and community concept of resources according to the B/S structure forthe collection, storage, organization, analysis, sharing and evaluation of military medical information resources .
