摘　　要：介绍了科技期刊开放获取的背景,从开放期刊的数量、影响力、基金会等相关机构关注度和支持度等方面分析了国内外科技期刊开放获取的趋势,重点从运营资金、开放获取期刊的质量与版权、开放获取网络平台的建设、国内期刊的分布特点和开放获取期刊质量评价体系等方面探讨了科技期刊开放获取存在的问题。Afterthe background of open accessscientific journals was described, the trend of domesticopen access scientific journals was analyzed in terms of their number , influencing power , concern and support of related organi-zations suchas foundation , followed by an elaboration on the problems existed in domestic open access scientific jour-nals with stress laid on their operation fund, quality, copyright , networkplatform construction , distributionfeatures , and qualityassess system .
