摘 要:针翅套管式强化传热元件是一种新开发的传热管,传热效果好.以润滑油与水作为实验介质,对多根针翅高度与节距不同的针翅套管进行单管实验.根据实验结果,分析了油侧通道中针翅高度、节距、针翅管管径等参数对针翅套管阻力的影响,总结了适用于针翅套管阻力计算的实验关联式.应用该实验关联式对其他不同参数的针翅套管进行阻力计算,计算结果与实验结果符合较好,证实了实验关联式的可靠性.A newly developed enhanced heat transfer tube is named a type enhancement heat transfer component of Pin -Fin-Casing, with obviously enhanced heat transfer effect .Using oil and water as the experimental medium , single-tube experiments has been done among many Pin-fin-Casings with different height of the pin -fin and pitch between two rows of the pin fin nearby .As the experimental results , the effect of the parameter on flow friction which include the height of the pin -fin, the pitch between two rows of the pin fin nearby , the pin fin tube diameter was analyzed , the experimental correlations which apply to the flow friction calculation of the Pin -Fin-Casing was summarized .The flow friction of other Pin-Fin-Casing with different parameter has been calculated using the experimental correla-tions, calculation meets well with experimental results , the reliability of the experimental correlations was confirmed .
