摘  要:以四氯化锡(SnCl4·5H2O)为前驱原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米SnO2.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段对其进行表征,考察了反应物配比、SnCl4浓度、煅烧温度等实验条件对纳米SnO2粉体的晶体结构、粒度及分散性的影响,结果表明,在四氯化锡水溶液浓度为0.63511 mol/L,氨水溶液为4 mol/L,600℃烧结3 h得到的粉体结晶性好、晶体尺寸合适、比表面积大、并具有良好的分散性.With SnCl 4 · 5 H2 O as the precursor material , nanometer tin dioxide crystals were prepared using the sol -gel method .The tin dioxide crystals were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis method.Furthermore, a series of investigations were performed about the influences of the ratio of reactants , the concentration of stannic chloride and the calcination temperature on the crystal structure of tin oxide nanoparticles , particles and dispersion .Results showed that on such conditions as the concentration of stannic chloride aqueous solution at 0.635 1 mol/L, ammonia solution at 4 mol/L, sintering powder for 3 h at 600℃, a good crystallization , a big specific surface ar-ea, and a good dispersion could be received .
