摘 要:目的 研究参芪扶正注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血损伤后的保护作用.方法 老年雄性SD大鼠,体重200~300g,随机分为模型组、假手术组、阳性对照组和参芪扶正注射液组.用大脑中动脉线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,参芪挟正注射液在缺血前一周静脉给药,观察缺血3h再灌3h后对大鼠神经功能障碍、脑梗塞范围、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)活性、脑组织钙、水、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量.结果 实验发现,参芪组大鼠能明显改善神经功能缺陷,减少脑组织含水量,缩小脑梗塞范围,抑制Ca2+聚集,血清中乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶及脑组织中丙二醛含量明显低于模型组,脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性明显高于模型组.结论 参芪扶正注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基抑制脑组织Ca2+聚集有关.Objective To study the protective effects of Senqi Fuzheng Injection against ischernia - reperfusion injury in old rat brains. Methods Healthy and old SD male mice,weight 200-300g,they were divided randomly into 4 groups:model group, control group, nirnodipine group and Senqi Fuzheng Injection group. There were 10 in each group. Modified Longa model of focal cerebral ischemia-repeffusion injury was used. Senqi Fuzheng Injection was administered I. P. one week before ischemia, Nervous function,brain infarction area,serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) levels, brain Ca2+ ,water,MDA and SOD levels were observed after 3h ischemia and 3h reperfusion. Results Senqi Fuzheng Injection could improve nervous of rats, decreased water content of brain, decreased the infarction area of brain,inhibited Ca2+ , LDH. CK levels in serum and MDA in brain were lower in Senqi Fuzheng Injection group than in model group,SOD activity in Senqi Fuzheng Injection group was higher than in model group. Conclusion Senqi Fuzheng Injection has protective effect against cerebral ischemia - repeffusion injury in old rats. Inhibition of lipid peroxidation and Ca2+ may be the mechanism.
