五行针联合中药治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽60例

摘　　要：目的观察分析五行针联合中药治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽的临床效果。方法将符合条件的入组患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组用中药方剂给予治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予五行针治疗。结果治疗组60例患者中,显效23例,有效30例,无效7例,总有效率为88.33%;对照组62例患者中,显效18例,有效24例,无效20例,总有效率为67.7%。两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论五行针联合中药方剂治疗老年肺气虚型鼻鼽取得良好临床疗效。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of combined acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment in elderly lung Deficiency allergic rhinitis.Methods Eligible patients enrolled were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group and the control group received treatment with traditional Chinese medicine prescription,the treatment group received acupuncture treatment on this basis.Results 60 patients in the treatment group were cured 23 cases,effective in 30 cases,7 cases,the total effective rate was 88. 33%;thecontrolgroupof62 patients,cured18cases,effectivein24cases,ineffectivein20cases,thetotalefficiency67. 7%.Thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（P＆lt;0. 01）.Conclusion Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs combined treatment of elderly lung qi Allergic Rhinitis achieved good clinical efficacy.
