人才供求新形势下我国中职护理教育发展转型的研究

摘　　要：近年来,中职护理教育得到了较快发展,为我国护理岗位输送了大批人才。然而,随着我国高等护理教育招生规模的扩大及护理人员文化程度的大幅提高,我国护理人员供求形势发生了变化,即护理岗位主要吸纳大专及以上文化程度人员,中职文化程度人员已难以进入护理岗位。在此形势下,我国中职护理教育应从加强宏观规模调控、调整人才培养定位、优化课程设置等多角度进行转型。In recent years, nursing vocational education has achieved rapid development, conveying a large number of talents for the nursing posts in China. However, with the enrollment expansion of higher education and proportion increasing of high education nursing staff, the supply and demand of nursing staff in our country appeared the new situation that nursing posts mainly absorb the one who have received junior college and above education, not high school education. Under the new situation, we should take measures like controlling the enrollment of secondary vocational nursing education, readjusting the orientation of talent cultivation, and optimizing the curriculum provision and so on.
