摘　　要：目的:探讨JCI标准运用于住院患者使用约束具安全管理中的实施效果。方法 :将2012年1-6月50例使用约束具的患者作为对照组,进行约束具安全管理情况调查分析,针对存在的问题,运用JCI标准的理念,建立约束具安全管理组织、健全安全管理制度、规范约束具使用制度、设计约束具使用评估单、组织培训与考核等,加强对约束具使用患者的安全管理,将2012年7-12月50例使用约束具的患者作为观察组,进行约束具安全管理评估。结果 :观察组意外拔管、约束部位皮肤受损、末梢循环异常发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);患者及家属对约束具使用的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:JCI标准下住院患者使用约束具安全管理,能有效提高护理人员安全使用约束具的能力,保障患者安全。Objective：To investigate the effects of implementing JCI standard in safety management of hospitalized patients＆#39; restraint use. Methods：Fifty patients who used restraints in hospital from January to June in year 2012 were selected as control group. Based on the problem analysis of safety management of restraints use, the authors applied the idea of JCI standard in this field. They established the restraints safety management organization and the safety use management system to ensure adequate assessment and evaluation when using restraints. They also organized training and test for nurses to improve their safety management ability. Fifty patients who used restraints from July to December in 2012 were selected as the observational group. The patients＆#39; safety issues were recorded during restraints use. Results：In the observational group, the unexpected extubation rate, the hurt rate of affected skin and the rate of peripheral circulation anomaly was lower than the control group （P＆lt;0.01）. The satisfaction of patients and family to the treatment in observational group was higher than that in control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Implementing JCI standard could improve nurses＆#39; safety management ability to ensure the safety use of restraints in patients.
