运用Delphi法构建老年护理专业学位硕士临床实践模式的研究

摘　　要：目的初步构建适合我国国情的老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式。方法选择来自全国16个省市区30所医学院校及三级甲等医院的34名护理专家,采用Delphi法对我国老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式指标进行两轮函询。结果初步构建了老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式指标,包括6项一级指标、45项二级指标、64项三级指标。结论通过Delphi法构建的老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式指标体系,各指标专家意见集中、科学、可靠,为完善我国老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式提供了科学依据。Objective To construct the clinical practice framework for geriatric nursing master program suitable for China. Methods Thirty-four nursing experts from 30 medical universities or level 3A hospitals in 16 provinces, municipalities or autonomous regions were recruited in this study. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted to identify the index of clinical practice framework for geriatric nursing master program. Results The clinical practice framework was formulated, which contained 6 first-level factors,45 second-level items and 64 third-level items. Conclusion The clinical practice framework for geriatric nursing master program is reliable and scientific, which can provide reference for the clinical training of geriatric nursing master students in China.
